Battery Assembly Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Assembly Specialist to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality assembly of batteries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire battery assembly process, from raw materials to final product testing.
- Develop and maintain expertise in handling anode, cathode, and stack (jelly roll) components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize battery production processes.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and procedures.
Requirements:
- Completed studies or further training in a technical field, such as electrical engineering or materials science.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in battery assembly or a related field.
