Regional Manager

Wir suchen im Raum Heinsberg einen Regional Manager (M/W/D) für unsere Kunden.
Verantwortlichkeiten:- Sie führen 10 Filialen und sind für die Motivation, Förderung und Personalentwicklung verantwortlich
- Sie verantworten in Ihren Filialen das Erscheinungsbild und die organisatorischen Abläufe
- Sie begleiten die Inventuren und ergreifen ggfs. Verbesserungen zur deren Durchführung
- Bei Neueröffnungen, Umbaumaßnahmen oder Schließungen sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. als Einzelhandelskaufmann (M/W/D)
- Sie haben Erfahrung als Filial- oder Marktleiter, gerne aus dem Bereich Food- oder Non Food bei Discountern
- Sie haben erste Führungserfahrung
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie sind kommunikativ und entscheidungsfreudig
