We are seeking a highly motivated and talented UX/UI Design Intern to join our team at Aesculap AG - part of the B. Braun Group.

Supporting the UX/UI Team

You will support the creation of end-to-end experiences and interfaces for innovative digital products from early research to product launch.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze user needs and understand business goals to define personas, observe user task flows, and create information architectures.
  • Develop multimodal cross-device screen flows, interactive prototypes, and implementation-ready interface designs under the Human-Centered Design aspect following the B. Braun design system.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI Design team, Engineers, Researchers, and Developers to work on dynamic and agile projects.

Professional Competencies

  • You are studying UX/UI Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Engineer-Psychology, Industrial Design, or a comparable field.
  • You have hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and others to create, test, demonstrate, and communicate ideas and solutions effectively.
  • You have experience in UX-Engineering, UX-Research, and UX-Writing.
  • You have working experience in the healthcare industry or a comparable field.

  • You have a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-centric personality with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, encourage collaboration, and mutual support.
  • You are self-motivated, have a hands-on mentality, and a passion for data-driven design.
  • You communicate professionally in English and German.
