RAM Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a RAM Engineer to join our team in Mannheim, Germany. As a RAM Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of RAM deliverables and driving their acceptance by the customer. You will also be responsible for continuously assessing the capability of our products to meet reliability performance requirements and defining necessary reliability actions to minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of RAM deliverables and drive their acceptance by the customer.
• Continuously assess the capability of our products to meet reliability performance requirements.
• Define necessary reliability actions to minimize risks.
• Support other stakeholders in the definition of appropriate measures to meet reliability actions.
• Perform reliability design reviews and RAM analyses as per project/program schedule.

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. You will be a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills, including with third parties. You will also have experience with safety analysis, safety demonstration methods, and tools. German language is advantageous, but not required.
