Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Product Management to join our team in the UK. As a Team Lead Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product portfolio. This includes planning, introducing, optimizing, and further developing new and existing financial products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of our product portfolio, including planning, introducing, optimizing, and further developing new and existing financial products.
  • Act as a key point of contact for our international locations, providing support and guidance on product-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Vice Presidents, IT, lawyers, and graphic agencies, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and optimize product success in conjunction with local management and communicate with relevant management levels.
  • Accompany internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Completed business administration studies or comparable vocational training.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably with leadership and international focus.
  • Experience in product management/project management is desirable.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Diplomatic skills and intercultural communication behavior.
  • Independent, structured working style, as well as analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Sales and service orientation.
