As a Production Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and manufacturing solar modules and integrating them into our customers' vehicles. From trucks and trailers to motorhomes and buses, we're creating innovative, vehicle-integrated photovoltaic solutions (VIPV) that reduce carbon emissions and help combat climate change.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating production processes, organizing resources and workflows, and ensuring the highest quality standards. Your focus will be on optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and recruiting and planning production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new production processes and structures to ensure high-quality output
  • Lead a team of production staff and provide guidance on best practices
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Plan and manage production resources, including equipment and personnel
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
  • 7-10 years of experience in production management or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive supply chain is a plus
  • Knowledge of lean management principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent German and English language skills
