Senior Communications Manager

The European Foundation for the Care of Newborn Infants (EFCNI) is a leading pan-European organization dedicated to improving the long-term health of preterm and newborn children.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote our organization's goals and values.
- Manage and evaluate social media content to engage with our audience and build our online presence.
- Prepare, edit, and translate content for various audiences and media channels, including text, graphics, photos, and videos.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on all communication activities to ensure their effectiveness.
- Manage the content of our website and newsletter to ensure they are up-to-date and engaging.
- Represent the foundation at international events and congresses, and participate in strategy meetings with corporate partners.
- Strong background in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, communications management, or social media management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in German and English, with a high level of proficiency in both languages.
- Strong presentation and moderation skills for various audiences, including medical and patient advocacy groups.
- Global mindset and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Permanent employment contract with flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely.
