About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial individual to bring the Stranger Soccer brand to life in Stuttgart. As a License Owner, you will be responsible for opening and operating the Stranger Soccer business in the city, making football accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy to introduce Stranger Soccer to the local market
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of staff and freelance game hosts to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain customers
  • Oversee game scheduling and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters operations and technology team to ensure success
