Als Nachhaltigkeitsberater:in bei Lufthansa Industry Solutions AS GmbH bist du Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams, das Kunden bei der Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Entwicklung einer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und der Definition von Nachhaltigkeitszielen.
  • Erstellung von CO2-Berechnungen und der Entwicklung einer Wesentlichkeitsmatrix.
  • Übernahme von (Teil-)Projekten zur Nachhaltigkeit bei internen Initiativen und Kundenprojekten.
  • Bearbeitung von Angeboten zur Gewinnung von Beratungsprojekten.
  • Weiterentwicklung des Produkt- und Service-Portfolios für Nachhaltigkeit.

Was du benötigst:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT und Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, einschließlich der gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und der Erstellung von CO2-Berechnungen.
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS PowerPoint.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Abstraktionsfähigkeit, Pragmatismus und Spaß an Nachhaltigkeitsthemen.
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenzen, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Reisetätigkeiten.
