As a Head Barista, you'll be responsible for leading our team of skilled baristas, ensuring exceptional quality, and creating unforgettable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire our barista team to deliver high-quality beverages and exceptional service.
- Mastery craft a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, matcha, and chai, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, while promoting our brand's mission and values.
- Manage inventory, oversee supply orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate on seasonal drink menus and product innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and health & safety procedures within the café.
- Act as the go-to expert on all things coffee, educating both customers and team members on our unique global product offerings.
- Experienced barista with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
- A natural leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for coaching others.
- Passionate about specialty coffee, matcha, chai, and innovative beverages.
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
