  • You are responsible for ongoing production.
  • You optimize production processes and functional workflows.
  • You are responsible for leading your team.
  • You support the production manager.
  • You conduct quality control.
  • You work in safety, environmental, energy, and quality management.
  • You record production and operational data using SAP.
What You Bring
  • You have accumulated long-term professional experience in production in a leadership position.
  • You possess manual skills.
  • You have a high level of accuracy and can focus on a specific task.
  • You work structured, independently, and with a high degree of self-responsibility.
  • You have good German language skills.
  • You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
