Job Title: Cluster Financial Controller

A leading hotel group with a strong presence in Germany is seeking a highly skilled Cluster Financial Controller to oversee financial operations at two prime locations: a 273-key hotel in Hamburg and a 102-key corporate-focused property in Munich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic business partner for hotel teams, providing insightful financial guidance.
  • Manage relationships with external accounting services to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Review profit & loss statements prepared by third parties and ensure compliance with all financial standards.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, resolving issues and forwarding them to the appropriate parties.
  • Play a key role in balance sheet integrity, with a focus on German VAT and compliance with local financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German (B1/B2) and English (B1/B2).
  • Experience as a Financial Controller within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and work with external partners to ensure smooth financial processes.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of €62,000 for a single property and €73,000 - €75,000 for managing both properties in a cluster role.
  • Relocation assistance for up to 2-3 months, if required.
