About the Role
SAP is seeking a highly experienced Public Sector Business Transformation Expert to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with our Public Sector clients to define, realize, and optimize their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to Public Sector clients on digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and implement business transformation strategies to improve operational efficiency and citizen services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver large-scale transformation programs
- Communicate effectively with C-suite leaders to drive business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and challenges in the Public Sector, including digital government initiatives

Requirements
- 10+ years' experience as an SAP Business Consultant, with at least 4+ years in the Public Sector
- Proven project management experience and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline
- Excellent German and English language skills
