Job Description

A Challenging Role Awaits You

As a Mechanical Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and constructing mechanical components and systems, creating 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software, and collaborating with other departments to optimize product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and construction of mechanical components and systems
  • Creation of 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software
  • Carrying out feasibility studies and concept studies
  • Collaboration with other departments (e.g., electronics, production) to optimize product solutions
  • Documentation of design processes and creation of technical documents
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of existing products
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge of mechanical design and the use of CAD software: Autodesk Inventor
  • Experience in the development of mechanical systems and products
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Foreign language skills in English, (Spanish and French are desirable)
