Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Leiter Systemtest, der unsere Entwicklungskapazitäten in München weiterentwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Qualität komplexer Systeme zur Bearbeitung von Banknoten
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Ergebnisse der in der Abteilung durchgeführten Systemtests und Qualifizierungen
  • Übergreifende Abstimmung des Testvorgehens unter Einbeziehung aller involvierter Parteien
  • Umsetzung agiler Testprinzipien in einem agilen Entwicklungsumfeld
  • Weiterentwicklung von Testmanagement-Methoden und -Prozessen sowie der dazugehörigen Toolchain im agilen Entwicklungsumfeld
  • Sicherstellung eines innovativen, modernen und effizienten Qualifizierungsvorgehens
  • Personeinsatzplanung der Testteams in den Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekten sowie Coaching der Testmanager
  • Führung eines Teams von 15 hoch qualifizierten Mitarbeitern

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informationstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • > 10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • > 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Systemtest innerhalb einer F&E-Organisation sowie in Testmethodik, Testfallspezifikationen und Testdokumentation
  • Projekterfahrung im Geräte- oder Maschinenbau bzw. Mess- Steuer- und Regelungstechnik
  • Erfahrung mit Testmanagement-Tools
  • ISTQB Certified Tester Zertifizierung oder Agile Tester Schulung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
