Join Our Team as a Pediatric Health Care Nurse
We are looking for a dedicated professional to enhance our team at the Children's Clinic, specifically within the Pediatric Outpatient and Central Emergency Departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct initial evaluations and maintain documentation in line with the Manchester Triage System.
- Initiate and potentially carry out emergency care procedures.
- Independently execute medical interventions as required.
- Receive and manage patients arriving via emergency services.
- Assist in various medical procedures and treatments.
- Perform essential nursing tasks in the pediatric emergency unit.
- Monitor patients post-minor medical interventions.
- Support various functional areas as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Completed training as a Health and Pediatric Nurse or equivalent nursing specialist with substantial experience in Pediatrics and/or Pediatric Practice, preferably with outpatient exposure; familiarity with the Manchester Triage System is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patients and their families.
- Passion for contributing to the department's growth aligned with organizational objectives.
- Proactive, committed, and meticulous work ethic.
- Willingness to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
