About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to join our team at the Bundesverwaltungsamt. As an Eignungsdiagnostik Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to our customers and internal colleagues on all aspects of Eignungsdiagnostik.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Eignungsdiagnostik strategies and solutions for our customers
• Conduct Assessment Centers and selection procedures, including potential analysis and feedback sessions
• Manage the selection of suitable tests and software, and interpret results
• Calculate norms and perform statistical analyses
• Develop evaluation concepts and implement them, providing recommendations and action plans
• Design and deliver training programs for selection committee members and role-playing participants

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• At least six months of practical experience in Eignungsdiagnostik, including the application of psychological tests, Assessment Center design, and selection procedures
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
• Ability to identify and meet customer needs
• Practical problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Ability to undergo a security check
