About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that sourcing objectives are met.



Your Responsibilities



  • Act as a business partner to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and manage the supplier base, performance, and relationships
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for the company
  • Lead procurement negotiations and secure capacity and forecasting
  • Analyze future supply demand and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support non-conformity/warranty process management
  • Ensure compliance with Supply Management processes and procedures


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as economics, industrial engineering, or similar
  • At least 5 years' experience in strategic purchasing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Sufficient English language proficiency
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
