Chief Cybersecurity Architect for Autonomous Vehicle Systems

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chief Cybersecurity Architect to lead our efforts in designing and implementing robust cybersecurity strategies for autonomous driving systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobility while ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, protocols, and standards aligned with industry best practices and regulations (ISO/SAE 21434).
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into system architectures, software, and hardware.
- Create and enforce robust cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices within the organization.
- Implement and monitor security controls to safeguard against cyber threats and attacks.
- Participate in validation and testing of cybersecurity measures to ensure resilience against emerging threats.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance defense mechanisms.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.
- Develop training programs to educate internal teams on cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity engineering, particularly in automotive or embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, UNR 155, and related cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Expertise in risk assessment, TARA, and vulnerability management methodologies.
- Proficiency in security protocols, cryptography, and secure software development practices.
- Familiarity with automotive networks (CAN, Ethernet, etc.) and in-vehicle communication protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex security challenges.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
