Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/w/d) to support our team.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of monthly and quarterly financial statements, as well as the annual financial statement
  • Accounting and booking of all debit and credit notes, bank statements, cash registers, and travel expense reports
  • Accounting and reconciliation of payroll and salary statements
  • Preparation and recording of lease, lease-purchase, and leasing agreements
  • Recording and reconciliation of fixed assets
  • Reconciliation of open items and balance sheet accounts
  • Initiation of payment flows and processing of general payments
  • Maintenance and upkeep of customer and supplier master data

Requirements

  • Completed training as a financial or accounting clerk
  • At least 2 years of experience as a financial accountant
  • Accounting security according to HGB
  • Good knowledge of IFRS (desirable)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Practical experience with DATEV-Kanzleirechnungswesen
  • Very good German and good English skills
