Space Station Design Workshop Assistant
The Professorship of Human Spaceflight Technology at the Technical University of Munich is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the Space Station Design Workshop (SSDW). The SSDW is an international and interdisciplinary one-week workshop aimed at students, graduates, and young professionals. The selected candidate will assist in the preparation and realization of the workshop, including gathering relevant information, sending out updates, and participating in team-building activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare workshop materials and gather relevant information from participants and experts
- Send out updates and notifications to experts and participants
- Participate in team-building activities with participants
- Assist in the organization of the fun activity in the middle of the workshop
- Set up and prepare rooms and infrastructure for the workshop
- Assist in upcoming tasks during the workshop
- Prepare and set up relevant infrastructure for networking events
- Wrap up the workshop and update the SSDW guide
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and organized individual
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
Duration: The contract will start in July and end in September.
