Job Summary
We are seeking a working student to assist with various tasks and special projects in our Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and media design principles, excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and graphic editing of various communications materials.
- Apply SAP Brand Guidelines and Corporate Identity to communication materials.
- Manage and organize the team's document library.
- Provide general administrative support to the Communications team.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred major(s): graphic design, communication design, communications, or comparable fields.
- First experience and previous knowledge from other marketing or media design departments.
- Strength in analytical and strategic thinking or in creative work.
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and at least B1/B2 German.
- Soft Skills: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
