Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician for Heat Pumps to join our team in North Rhine-Westphalia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing service tasks for heat pump maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with a focus on minimizing downtime and improving efficiency
  • Conducting on-site checks to gather data for project planning and execution
  • Providing temporary support to colleagues in case of absences, allowing you to gain experience and knowledge about our products and processes
  • Collaborating with our Master Technician to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed apprenticeship in the SHK sector
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in renewable energy, preferably with heat pump installation and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license
