Your Role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficient handling and movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against documentation.
- Package, pick, and ship goods and test samples accurately and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Prepare comprehensive reports on warehouse inventory status.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including order processing, documentation preparation, and communication with stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of shipping regulations, including ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) and customs procedures for international shipments.
- Excellent written and spoken German language skills are essential. Basic English language proficiency is beneficial.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
