Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engagement Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with our clients to help them achieve their goals. Your expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, system architecture, cloud architecture, software engineering, and data science will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand, decompose, and help solve their problems using data engineering.
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Advise clients on technical solutions and explain different tradeoffs.
  • Implement solutions together with an engineering team.
  • Present work to stakeholders and top management.
  • Help scope and draft proposals for new engagements.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering data solutions in a production environment.
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience, with experience in the consulting industry a plus.
  • Experience in working with clients to understand, decompose, and help solve their problems and challenges.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following fields: data engineering, data warehousing, system architecture, cloud architecture, software engineering, data science.
  • Hands-on programming experience with one of the following: Python, Java, C++, C#, Scala.
  • Prior experience leading teams.
  • Familiarity with and enjoyment of working in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English and German is a must.
