About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our International Markets team as a **Global Markets Director**. This is a key role that will drive our global strategy and business performance, working closely with our regional and local management entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global strategy and business plans, ensuring alignment with local insights and priorities.
  • Support global and regional P&L management, prioritizing and executing value creation and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Advise regional/local executive teams on business analysis and operational execution, driving countries' strategy and P&L management.
  • Participate in setting and owning OKRs achievement with leadership teams in the HQ and regionally.
  • Take ownership of global cross-functional initiatives to strengthen customer experience, restaurant relationships, or internal processes.
  • Support senior management in ad hoc projects, business cases, analysis, and other critical topics.
  • Work closely with local business management to consolidate and distribute best practices from different countries.
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting and/or industry leadership, preferably in retail/consumer/eCommerce/internet/technology industries.
  • Advanced business analysis and modeling skills, with a hands-on mentality, strong bias for action, and impact-oriented attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Highly independent and self-starter mindset.
  • Motivated and communicative, with a strong ability to handle business challenges and remain humble.
  • High analytical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable with limited but regular travel.
