We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to oversee our relationships with third-party suppliers and contribute to building a scalable business. This role is critical for aligning operational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting quality standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor KPIs to assess supplier performance and operational efficiency.
  • Product Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with operational goals and customer expectations.
  • Ops Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and products, leveraging data and feedback to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and high quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supplier relationship management and product management, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
