Your Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Tasks
- Develop and execute a communications plan that includes research, writing, and editing of news articles, features, and other content for the company's intranet and external channels.
- Collaborate with the Head of Communications & Investor Relations to develop and implement media productions and special projects.
- Partner with business units and Corporate Centre functions to create engaging content for internal media and publications.
- Manage the company's content management system to update the corporate website and intranet, and prepare online newsletters.
- Publish content on the company's social media accounts and develop new engaging formats using the latest social media features.
- Support the preparation of online analytics and contribute to media monitoring on an ongoing basis.
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced communications professional who has a strong background in media, communications, journalism, linguistics, or business administration.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of professional experience in communications, preferably in an international company or business environment.
- High affinity for languages, editing, storytelling, and translating complex issues into easy language for various communication channels.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English (CEFR level C2), ideally with a good command of German language.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems, proficient in MS Office, and experienced with intranet and internet features.
