EMEA Media Manager - Central Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Media Manager to join our growing regional marketing team in Central Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our media strategy across various media channels, driving brand growth and sales across a quickly expanding number of exciting categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel advertising media strategies across multiple territories, aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define campaign media targets and budget allocation.
  • Oversee regular and accurate reporting and supply of data to all internal stakeholders.
  • Manage media buying across various channels, including negotiation of rates and placements.
  • Oversee campaign execution and optimization, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Analyze and monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of media buying strategies, negotiation tactics, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at project management and juggling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Knowledge of the small domestic appliance industry.
  • Data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable optimization.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with media agency management.
  • Experience working with creative and internal performance teams.
