Job Title: Senior Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client, a holding with a global presence and over 200 employees worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting entries for Soparfi and holdings companies, preparing VAT and tax returns, and preparing annual accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting entries for Soparfi and holdings companies
  • Prepare VAT and tax returns
  • Prepare annual accounts
  • Prepare financial reporting for the company and external parties
  • Prepare shareholder meetings and follow-up board decisions

Requirements:

  • Between 5-10 years of experience in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, and administration for financial entities
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree
  • Proactive and independent in task management
