Senior Cloud Integration Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to contribute to the development of our next-generation integration platform using cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features and fixes to deliver technical excellence
  • Work on challenging topics like reliability, performance, availability, and security
  • Experience cloud engineering at scale

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Software Development using Java
  • Extensive track record in working in large-scale software development projects
  • In-depth experience with microservice architectures and distributed systems
  • Proficiency in cloud-native and open-source development practices (including DevOps)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset
  • Ability to lead complex technical topics across development teams
  • Fluency both written and spoken in English and optionally in German

Preferred Skills

  • Working experience of advanced messaging systems (e.g. Kafka)
  • Professional experience of scalable micro service architectures
  • Professional experience with Kubernetes, Helm is a plus
