Produktexperte für Mask Aligner

Wir suchen einen engagierten und kompetenten Produktexperten für unsere Region EMEA (Europa, Naher Osten, Afrika). Als Produktexperte werden Sie Teil unseres Erfolgsteams und gestalten die Zukunft der Halbleiterindustrie mit uns.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Technische Vertriebsunterstützung der Account Manager im Vertriebsgebiet EMEA; insbesondere:
    • Aufnahme und Klärung der Kundenerwartungen
    • Erarbeitung einer technischen Nutzenargumentation
    • Erstellung geeigneter Vertriebspräsentationen, Wettbewerbsanalyse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement, inklusive Weitergabe der Erfahrungen und Informationen mit dem Ziel der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der SUSS-Produkte und Marketingunterlagen
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für die Kunden
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Konferenzen und Messen
  • Technische Schnittstelle zur Production Site
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Applikationslabor: ggf. eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Aligner Demos für Kunden (in enger Abstimmung mit dem Applikationslabor und den AM)
  • Ggf. Leitung interner (Kunden-)Projekte
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der technischen Beratung, idealerweise im Bereich Halbleitertechnik oder Mask Aligner
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der EMEA-Region
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
