Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EHS Advisor to join our team in the Munster region. As an EHS Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of EHS programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in ensuring that all operations comply with local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
* Support the investigation of EHS incidents, near misses, and accidents, helping to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
* Assist in delivering EHS training sessions and awareness programs to employees, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
* Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, including inspection reports, incident reports, and safety data sheets (SDS).
* Contribute to the development and implementation of EHS initiatives aimed at improving safety performance and reducing environmental impact.
* Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety protocols.
* Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and participate in emergency drills.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
* Valid driver's license for travel within the Munster region.
* Relevant EHS certification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) is a plus.
* Previous experience in an EHS role is desirable but not required.
* Basic understanding of EHS regulations and best practices.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to work in a combination of office-based tasks and on-site EHS activities.
