Job Summary

CCV GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist for Payment Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers on our payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our payment solutions
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide technical evaluations
  • Implement and maintain customer-specific payment solutions
  • Monitor and administer our high-availability payment systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new features and releases
  • Verify reported issues and work with internal teams to resolve them
  • Develop and implement test cases with customers in collaboration with our internal system testing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with server technologies and software-based products
  • Experience in project management and payment terminal systems is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
