Tax Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our internal Tax Team within our Finance Department. As a Tax Professional, you will play a crucial role in preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for our German business entities and over 100 partners of the Mazars Group in Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements for our business entities, including capital and personal companies, as well as special assets for our partners.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, primarily for capital and personal companies, including special assets for our partners.
- Oversee tax compliance and review tax notices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to discuss tax-related matters.
- Contribute to special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Completed training as a Tax Clerk (all genders), preferably with additional training as a Tax Consultant (all genders).
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns.
- Excellent communication skills in German and good knowledge of DATEV.
- Experience with Workday is desirable but not required.
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Enjoy working in a service-oriented environment with a high degree of team orientation.
