The role of Senior Data Analyst plays a crucial part in this process. You will work closely with different stakeholders across the organization to provide valuable data insights that empower them to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to conceptualize, continuously enhance, and maintain our reporting infrastructure using Google BigQuery and MS Power BI.
- You will optimize existing and establish new data processes to boost efficiency, develop innovative concepts for dashboard automation to improve reporting efficiency, and implement reporting requests, including data modeling, visualization, and presentation.
- As a Senior Data Analyst, you will generate compelling Power BI reports to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights, handle ad hoc analysis requests from different teams, and design new data requirements for our Data Engineering team.
- Collaboration with business stakeholders, including Marketing, CRM, and Product, is essential in gathering requirements, analyzing needs, and translating them into actionable data analysis tasks.
- A successfully completed degree in mathematics, business informatics, business administration, or comparable fields (ideally with a focus on data analytics).
- No less than 5 years of relevant professional experience in Data Analysis (e.g., as a data analyst, business analyst, product analyst, marketing analyst, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.), sound knowledge of SQL for extracting and transforming data from our DWH, exceptional organizational skills, and a very systematic/structured approach.
- Very good data visualization expertise, good understanding of data modeling and technical contexts, fluent knowledge of the English language, and excellent communication skills (both with technical and business teams).
- Experience with mobile attribution and/or CRM tools (e.g., Adjust, Braze, etc.), knowledge of statistics, experience with A/B testing and other test methods, curiosity, and initiative in terms of new trends in the world of data & analytics.
- Affinity for the games industry and enjoyment working in agile and interdisciplinary teams.
- Competitive salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
