Role Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Consultant - SAP to anchor the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
This role involves pivotal problem definition and discovery of the overall solution, guiding teams on project processes, deliverables, and anchoring business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.



Key Responsibilities




  • Executing changes in SAP configuration.


  • Resolving functional defects as part of project builds.


  • Preparing and reviewing functional specifications.


  • Coordinating with offshore teams for delivery and tracking deliverables to clients.


  • Building training needs for teams and developing training programs for better performance.


  • Preparing test cases based on functional specifications.


  • Working on interface issues, including middleware and frontend issues.


  • Creating documentation, such as functional specs., functional design, back-out plans, testing results, and root cause analysis documents.


  • Participating in proposals and RFPs.


  • Coordinating with clients to understand requirements, discuss functional issues, and handle client escalations.


  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching junior functional consultants and technical teams.



Requirements




  • Good domain knowledge in SAP modules.


  • Good integration knowledge with ECC & S/4 HANA components, including logistics and production.


  • Preferred S4 HANA certification.


  • Hands-on knowledge in working with interfaces with 3rd-party applications.


  • Strong working knowledge in pricing and rebate processes.


  • Good working experience in production support and the ability to lead a team of SAP consultants.


  • Experience in working on implementations, roll-outs, and global production support.


  • Full-cycle implementation experience in SAP R/3.


  • Diverse experience, including business process analysis, implementation process, SAP system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance, end-user training, and production support.


  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.


  • German proficiency - fluent.
