• Create and manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring of deadlines
• Analyze and determine material requirements in collaboration with departmental specialists
• Determine and optimize order quantities and negotiate prices and conditions with suppliers
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and conditions
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts
• Inspect delivered goods for quality and quantity, handling complaints and returns
• Verify and approve invoices, ensuring timely payment

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in operational procurement or pharmaceutical wholesale, preferably in a similar position
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other relevant software solutions, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving skills and resilience in handling time-critical tasks
