We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at Körber Pharma Inspection GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our production managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

• Provide administrative support to production managers, including scheduling, coordination, and preparation of meetings and reports.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including reports, protocols, and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage external personnel, including scheduling, time tracking, and invoicing.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and quality control measures.
• Provide support for strategic and operational tasks, as needed.
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external training programs for employees.

• Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as an assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of responsibility and reliability, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, with experience in similar software a plus.
• Fluent German language skills, with English language skills a must.
