The ICS Team

The ICS team is a dynamic group of 15 professionals, boasting senior IC design, package design, test development, and application competences. With 45 years of experience, we leverage our expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application/ System Engineering Manager to lead our ICS team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 5+ system engineers/application engineers
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive team objectives, including product characterization, system-level product definition, and customer support
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in Product management, Design, and Management to prioritize tasks and drive project success
  • Actively supporting team members' growth and development, as well as recruiting new talent
  • Defining and implementing patent system architecture and developing new concepts to solve customer issues
  • Defining the next generation of products and derivatives
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Electronics
  • 5+ years of experience as an application engineer/system engineer/product definer in a semiconductor company
  • Team leadership experience
  • Automotive and ISO26262 experience is required
  • Good knowledge in Electronics, Power electronics, and/or sensors is a plus
  • Curious and able to lead investigations to solve customer issues and understand customer requirements
  • Able to synthesize customer requirements and deliver clear technical communication
