Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Geschäftsprozess-Manager, der unsere Geschäftsprozesse weiterentwickelt und professionell betreut. Als Teil unseres Business Process Management Teams wirst du täglich im spannenden und herausfordernden Media-Umfeld einen großen Einfluss auf die Arbeitsabläufe unserer Organisation nehmen.

Aufgaben

  • Prozessanalysen durchführen und SOLL-Konzepte/Optimierungsansätze entwickeln
  • Projekte von der Idee bis zur Implementierung koordinieren
  • Projektleitung in den Bereichen Changemanagement und IT-Consulting/-Management übernehmen
  • Prozessanforderungen analysieren und die Account Management Teams beraten
  • Business Cases und spezielle Anforderungen unterstützen und maßgeschneiderte Playbooks erstellen
  • Trainingskonzepte und -materialien stetig aktualisieren und mit dem Team koordinieren
  • Prozess- und Applications-Know-How in den Teams auf dem neuesten Stand halten und weiterentwickeln

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Changemanagement- und/oder IT-Projekten
  • Digitales Media Know-How
  • Analytische, organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Vorteilhaft: Grundkenntnisse in SQL, erste Jira-Erfahrungen, Expertise in der Aufbereitung von Anwenderdokumentationen und Video-Tutorials, Verständnis für die Geschäftsprozessmodellierung (BPMN 2.0)
