Courier Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Agent to join our team at FedEx. As a member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare courier schedules and routes to optimize delivery times and reduce costs

• Coordinate the distribution of work among couriers to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Monitor the daily delivery cycle, updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of daily pick-up and delivery assignments

• Provide support to couriers, assisting them with issues resolution and ensuring a positive customer experience

• Communicate effectively with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving service-related issues
