Key Responsibilities- Oversee and repair production machinery during both day and shift operations.
- Conduct maintenance and servicing of production equipment at scheduled intervals.
- Supervise external maintenance contractors.
- Document incidents of machine failures and maintenance activities.
- Analyze production machinery and facility errors; implement corrective and optimization strategies.
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, such as industrial mechatronics or electronics.
- Some experience in maintenance operations is preferred.
- Willingness to engage in shift work in the future.
- Possess a structured, precise, efficient, and results-driven work approach.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, motivation, resilience, thoroughness, and reliability.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is advantageous.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and SAP is required.
