About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Lead - Electric/Electronic Vehicle Development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of vehicle level customer features with a focus on Electric/Electronic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take end-to-end ownership of multiple vehicle level customer features
  • Manage and steer multiple Design Release Engineers and Cross Functional Teams to define features and implement them across different domains
  • Review, create, and maintain system level requirements
  • Leverage UML and SysML to create diagrams and logical function architecture
  • Review feature realization on Communication, Diagnostics, hardware, and software levels
  • Support validation activities, review results, and drive issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with market-specific requirements and regulations
  • Ensure launch quality is robust over lifetime and fulfilling customer expectations
Requirements
  • Completed studies in a technical field
  • Several years of experience with Functional Safety and Cyber Security
  • Well-developed conceptual skills and ability to understand complex systems
  • Analytical and self-directed work style, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Continuous willingness to learn and curiosity for future architecture generations and new technologies
  • Very good English language skills, German is preferable
