Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our documentation platform in Microsoft SharePoint.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update our architecture & ITIL SharePoint platform to ensure seamless documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Support smaller projects and initiatives within the team, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute creative ideas and actively shape improvements to our documentation platform.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled as a student, preferably with a focus on information technology or a comparable field, for at least another 6-12 months.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint.
  • Initial experience working with a development team is an advantage.
  • Experience in an international team is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and proactively improve processes.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to share knowledge openly.
Additional Information:
  • Start date: as soon as possible.
  • Working time: up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 37 hours per week during semester breaks.
  • Minimum Duration: 6 months.
  • Location: Hamburg, with some physical presence in the office required.
