About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clean Energy Investment Specialist to support our fundraising initiatives for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) solar portfolios. This role will report directly to the Chief Investment Officer with responsibilities in reporting, fundraising, and investor management.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting the full cycle of securing capital, through building strong business cases for financiers, and supporting due diligence processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient reporting to fulfill the institutional investors' recurring reporting cycle. Additionally, you will support the preparation of financial models (project finance) at the portfolio and project level.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of business cases for financiers, including market research and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the investment team to identify and pursue new investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional investors and commercial partners.
- Ensure that all reports and presentations are accurate, comprehensive, and meet the requirements of institutional investors.
- Prior working experience in a role such as a Financial or Business Analyst.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English, with working knowledge of Spanish or a language in Southeast Asia an advantage.
