Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at seca. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and further development of our quality management system, as well as ensuring compliance with global requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality management documentation and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in a field such as engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the medical technology industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and MDR regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
