About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Culture and People Project Manager to join our dynamic team at STADA Arzneimittel AG. As a key member of our Global Culture and People team, you will play a critical role in driving our Growth Culture and achieving our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Culture and People projects in close collaboration with the Leadership Team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Support our Chief People Officer in all operational Culture and People activities, providing expert guidance and coordination.
  • Manage relationships and collaborate closely with the Culture and People Leadership Team and key stakeholders from our Global Executive Team.
  • Facilitate diverse activities within the managerial scope of the CPO, including presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and follow-up activity tracking.
  • Coordinate Culture and People Leadership activities, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Proactively drive the Culture and People initiative planning process in close collaboration with the Leadership Team, supporting in determining and prioritizing business requests.
  • Engage actively in organizational development to foster the cultural transformation in line with our company values: Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility, and One STADA.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or a comparable industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience in dealing with tight project deadlines.
  • Nimble mind with good business acumen and understanding of Culture and People/Organizational Development Strategies.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English language is required.
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and visit stakeholders in our different markets.
