Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Leader für unsere Logistikabteilung. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die Abrechnung von Transport- und Zusatzleistungen an unsere Auftraggeber, Partner und DACHSER-Niederlassungen sicherstellen. Darüber hinaus werden Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden übernehmen.

Aufgaben
  • Die Prüfung der Rückrechnung und die Berechnung der Vorkosten gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.
  • Sie prüfen und buchen Eingangsrechnungen, sowie unbearbeitete Fakturierungssätze zur Kontrolle offener Abrechnungen.
  • Des Weiteren sind Sie für die tägliche Bearbeitung administrativer und abrechnungstechnischer Vorgänge verantwortlich.
  • Sie unterstützen im Monatsabschluss und übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Fristen der Aufgaben zum Monats-/Quartals-/Jahresabschluss.
  • Das Monitoring der relevanten KPIs und Einleiten entsprechender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung der Abläufe gehört außerdem zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Qualifikationen
  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
  • Den sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen setzen wir voraus.
  • Sie überzeugen uns durch Ihre sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
  • Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen zählen zu Ihren Eigenschaften.
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld sind von Vorteil.
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und ein teamfähiges Auftreten zeichnen Sie aus.
