Your Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) division. As a key member of our Process Engineering department, you'll lead or contribute to process development and continuous improvement projects for complex, automated manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and conduct process and data analyses to drive process improvements
- Identify and assess new manufacturing technologies for suitability within QIAGEN
- Develop production concepts and business cases based on production figures, manufacturing costs, and evaluation of existing production equipment
- Assist in risk assessments, equipment qualification, and validation
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in life science or engineering, with professional experience or a relevant Ph.D. Ideally, you'll have three years of experience in a medical, bio-technology, or pharmaceutical industry company.
